By donating to NWFLGDR, we are able to continue helping more Great Danes receive the medical attention they need and deserve.
The money we receive pays for spays and neuters, vaccinations, preventative medicine, and life-saving veterinary surgeries and care for each of our danes in foster care!
These donations also give us the ability to rescue more animals each year at further distances. We've taken in Great Danes from as far as Texas, Louisiana, and North and South Carolina, and it was possible because of you, OUR WONDERFUL SUPPORTERS!

SPONSORS NEEDED for NWFLGDR's 7th annual Danetoberfest celebration coming October 7, 2023 in Downtown Pensacola!
NWFLGDR's 7th annual Danetoberfest will take place Saturday, Oct. 7, 2023 at Seville Square in downtown Pensacola with the festival theme: "Who Let the Danes Out?"
An estimated 800+ people and their pets attended Danetoberfest in 2022, it's our biggest event of the year! MARK YOUR CALENDARS NOW - YOU DON'T WANT TO MISS IT!
NWFLGDR has set a fundraising goal of $10,000 for the festival event, to be used for veterinary expenses, medical supplies, food and general care expenses incurred for Great Danes in the rescue's care. NWFLGDR helps around 150-200 great danes every year, a number which has steadily increased since the days of around 25 danes per year when we first started in 2010.
In order to meet our 2023 fundraising goal, NWFLGDR is asking for sponsorships from businesses and individuals such as you!
